Shipping policy

*Free domestic ground shipping. During high order volume, orders are processed and shipped at our Seattle facility within 2 business days.
*Orders from outside the United States may be subject to additional import and duty fees. Customer is responsible for these fees if applicable.

NOTE: Orders over $250 require a signature upon delivery. You may waive this requirement by visiting www.bio-therapeutic.com/shipping and completing the Acceptance of Liability for Shipments form.

IMPORTANT: Please note that you have filled out the Acceptance of Liability for Shipments form in the Order Notes section on the next page. Your order will ship with a signature required unless you submit your completed Acceptance of Liability for Shipments form immediately. 

BT/MCT exclusively utilizes the shipping service of UPS*. Note that UPS will not deliver to a PO Box, a valid street address must be included with all order requests. All orders received by 12 noon PST are intended to process the same business day. Orders placed after 12 noon PST are intended to process the following business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Shipping and delivery is not available on weekends.

Order volume, inventory availability, weather issues, and UPS delays may affect shipping and delivery times. Shipping and delivery times are not guaranteed. bt-PRO and bt-accent equipment orders are shipped via Second Day Service*, unless otherwise specified on the Sales Order Request form. Note additional shipping charges apply to Next Day Air Service, and must be included.
